"I had no problems at all with this company. A freepost envelope was sent out straight away although I paid for recorded delivery to be on the safe side. I received an e mail to say the phone had arrived , then another to say the phone was ok and my cheque was on the way. Got the full amount and only took 2 days after the e mail."
